The Human Resources Executive will work with teams to foster a positive work environment, support recruitment, and handle day-to-day HR functions to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes and systems
• Experience in HR Operations and the administration of HR activities
• Strong knowledge in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with the development and implementation of HR Policies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is an advantage
