This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and implementing effective HR management processes. The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR functions within the organization.

• Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) strategy
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing effective processes
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
• Familiarity with developing and enforcing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus
