Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR management activities, including maintaining HR operations, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. The role will also involve fostering a positive work environment, managing employee onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Hiring, HR Management and HR Operations
• Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies to support a productive and positive workplace environment
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and their application
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
