Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Associate to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation preparation.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and letters.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leave, attendance).

Employee Relations & Support

  • Help address employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR staff when needed.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist HR team with compliance tasks and policy implementation.

Administrative Support

  • Manage HR filing systems and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR software- ZOHO
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
