Job Description

This role provides HR operational and administrative support across various human resources functions within the manufacturing environment. The incumbent will work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives, employee engagement initiatives, HR programs, and compliance requirements. The position contributes to maintaining efficient HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
  • Assist in the administration of employee communications, training activities, and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR systems and employee engagement tools would be an advantage.
