We are looking for a responsible and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team and handle overall HR operations within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates professionally
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and internal operations
- Assist in employee engagement and team-building activities
- Maintain healthy employee relations and a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR tools/software is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply
