Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HRIS, payroll processing, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records (contracts, leave/PTO, etc.)
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Collect and validate payroll inputs such as bank details and working days
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination
- Publish and manage job postings across platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Prepare HR reports and presentations (hiring metrics, attrition, etc.)
- Develop onboarding and training materials
- Share company policies, guidelines, and FAQs with employees
- Address employee queries related to benefits and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in HRIS, Payroll, and Labour Legislation
- Familiarity with HR operations and administrative processes
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
- MBA in HR / BSc in Human Resources Management or a related field

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
