Role overview

We are seeking a smart and experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee performance tracking and engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and possess excellent communication and people-management skills.

Key Responsiblities

• Manage the complete Talent Acquisition cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).

• Track and evaluate employee performance and support quarterly review processes.

• Handle HR operations: attendance, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and improving employee experience.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong TA expertise with proven hiring experience.

• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Knowledge of HRMS tools and HR documentation.

• Performance tracking & reporting abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and stakeholder management skills.
