Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, post jobs on platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, and coordinate interviews.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and basic training needs assessment for new hires.
Maintain employee data, handle payroll queries, and support performance reviews or exit processes.
Assist in policy compliance, grievance handling, and daily HR operations like scheduling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B or multi-location setups.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools; strong communication for stakeholder coordination.
