Role Overview
We are looking for 2 HR Executive to support our Global People Shared Services team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, employee data management, documentation, and coordination with global teams.
This is a great opportunity for freshers with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee records accurately.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and contracts.
- Ensure all employee data is updated correctly in HR systems.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Support HR audits, reports, and data requests.
Shift: EMEA Shift / Rotational (Cab facility available)
US Shift / Rotational (Cab facility available)
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 1 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee management preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
