This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh. The role involves managing and overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR management strategies, coordinating recruitment processes, and addressing employee concerns while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Fundamental understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Prior experience in an HR role or a related field is preferred
