Role: Associate/Executive Human Resources
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
Shift: 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST

Key Responsibilities: -
- Facilitate and support key HR operational functions including onboarding, attendance management, and employee offboarding.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee and contractual staff data in HR systems and records.
- Conduct HR Induction and Orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Ensure employee documentation is completed and maintained in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor Background Verification (BGV) & Insurance enrollment for all new hires.
- Support in timekeeping and attendance management to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Generate and maintain HR reports for management review and operational visibility.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Maintain systematic filing of employee records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Prepare and issue employee lifecycle letters (Confirmation, Appointment , Relieving letters etc.) as required.
- Facilitate Full & Final Settlement (F&F) by providing necessary inputs and documentation to the Payroll team.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
