Vi-Scan Diagnostics is a technology-driven dental diagnostic start-up focused on standardizing diagnosis and treatment planning across the dental industry. It operates a growing network of dental diagnostic centers in India, partnering with dentists to deliver high-quality dental healthcare through advanced 2D and 3D imaging and detailed treatment planning. The company uses data-led decision making to enhance visibility into patient anatomy and physiology and is actively working on early detection solutions for head and neck cancers. Vi-Scan is also building innovative digital platforms and AI-based assistants to connect dentists, diagnostic centers, radiologists, patients, and insurers, with a vision to embed its Analysis Based Care concept into every stage of patient treatment and healthcare delivery.

Role Description

The Human Resources Executive / Recruiter will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations at Vi-Scan Diagnostics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, and is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

The role will involve sourcing and screening candidates across clinical, technical, and corporate functions, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining HR documentation and employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

The candidate will also support employee engagement activities, HR inductions, performance management processes, and employee queries while working closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help the candidate develop practical HR and recruitment skills in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Ability to coordinate with candidates, employees, hiring managers and leadership.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. is an advantage.
Prior internship or academic exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
