This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing and executing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day human resources processes. The role also includes coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure effective organizational processes
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster engagement and compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and cloud-based solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
