TheHR ExecutiveatA to Z Supermarketsis responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations and supporting effective workforce management across the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee administration, statutory compliance, and coordination with management to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with theGeneral Manager, department heads, and store managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements includingESIC, PF, and other labour laws.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and statutory matters.
  • Support performance appraisals, confirmations, and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in training, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and exit formalities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiencein HR operations.
  • Basic working knowledge ofESIC, PF, and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
