Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage and execute core HR functions for our company based in Dwarka, New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role is critical for ensuring smooth daily HR operations, maintaining a positive work environment, and supporting the strategic growth of the organization through effective people management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience (internship/work experience) in an HR role is preferred.
• Familiarity with core HR principles and Indian labor laws.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
