The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

As Digital HR Transformation Team member you will be involved in managing complex HR Transformation programs to design, develop and implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model and Digital HR solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success. Analyze and design best-in-class HR operating models, as well as conduct analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processes. Define future state digital HR ecosystems oftechnologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmap

  • HRTechProject planning and execution key change agendas
  • Drive the HRTechTransformation implementation of the strategic goals acrossteams
  • Benchmark against the best practices, identify gaps and implement innovative & sustainable processes andtechnology
  • Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create customer (employee) delight
  • Reimagining people practices in the bank and set new benchmarks in the industry
  • Critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences
  • Lead development of policies which promote equality & diversity across the Bank
  • Thought leadership brought to the HR functionalteamacross the Bank
  • Relevant benchmarking across HR functional areas
  • Innovative practices/policies/process introduced in HR for the Bank

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Bachelors degree in commerce or its equivalent from a recognized institute

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in background verification

Role Proficiencies:
  • IT / Computer Science graduate with hands on experience
  • Must have worked on Oracle Fusion project
