Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Director to lead the end-to-end HR function for a growing organization of 5002000 employees. The role requires strong expertise in HR policy design, process excellence, and performance management, with the ability to partner closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for a 5002000 employee organization
- Define, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and processes
- Design, drive, and govern the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and business heads
- Ensure statutory compliance, governance, and HR risk management
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- Currently working as an HR Manager or HR Director
- Experience in a 5002000 employee organization
- Proven expertise in HR policy definition and implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems
