Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas business units and branch offices. Build localized talent pools and manage the onboarding process to ensure cultural integration and role alignment for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee grievances, disputes, and labor law-related issues to ensure compliance and fairness. Regularly update the Employee Handbook to ensure local policies adhere to regional labor regulations (e.g., minimum wage, overtime pay, anti-discrimination laws/EEO).
  3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Performance: Manage the compensation system, including payroll accounting, appraisals, bonus distribution, and benefit programs (e.g., U.S. health insurance, 401(k), etc.). Drive the performance review process and assist business departments in setting goals linked to employee development plans.
  4. Training & Culture: Responsible for employee training and supporting career path planning. Drive the implementation of corporate culture and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  5. Strategic Advisory: Participate in strategic business meetings for overseas branches, providing insights and recommendations from a Human Resources perspective.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  2. Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of full-module HR experience, including at least 5 years in a management position.
  3. Regional Expertise: Practical HR experience in the U.S., Japan, Korea, or Southeast Asia. Deep familiarity with local labor laws and relevant regulations in these regions.
  4. Preferred Background: Experience in multinational corporations or overseas branches of Chinese enterprises is a significant plus.
  5. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills; ability to thrive in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
  6. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
