Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director, located in Chennai or Pondicherry. The Human Resources Director will oversee and manage HR policies, foster positive employee relations, implement performance management strategies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to shape HR strategies that align with business goals and addressing organizational development needs.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strategic problem-solving and organizational development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Previous experience working within the automotive service or manufacturing industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
