About Human Resources:

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About the Role:

The Culture & Engagement Center of Excellence (COE) role involves designing and anchoring of employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the culture of the bank. The team works towards improving employee morale and motivation, intensifying employee listening, positioning the employer brand as well as fortify the employee value proposition through various cultural interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and seamlessly execute recognition programs that can be scaled up to various organization cohorts

Design programs that would reinforce the values framework and build a positive work environment

Analyse data from various employee listening initiatives to surface insights and identify specific business segments/ experience drivers to facilitate action planning and decision making

Benchmark corporate culture initiatives in the BFSI sector and other progressive industry segments

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

MBA / Postgraduate in HR / Psychology from a recognized institute
