Job Description: General Manager - Human Resources (Corporate & Manufacturing Company, Chennai)

We're seeking a highly experienced General Manager - Human Resources to lead our HR function across corporate and manufacturing operations in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in factory HR, industrial relations, statutory compliance, trade union management, legal compliance, office administration, and corporate HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage industrial relations, trade union interactions, and statutory compliance

- Ensure legal compliance and handle HR-related legal matters

- Oversee office administration and facilities management

- Lead HR initiatives for corporate offices and manufacturing units

- Oversee talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development

- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances

Requirements

- 15 years of HR experience, with 7+ years as GM HR in corporate and manufacturing companies

- Expertise in factory HR, IR, statutory compliance, trade union management, legal compliance, and office administration.

- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi

- Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities

- Experience in managing unionized workforces and handling industrial disputes

Package:

- CTC: ₹17 lakhs per annum
