Experience Minimum 5 Years of work experience in core compliance as a Managerial or Sr. Level

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Compliance Manager to ensure

That the organization adheres to all statutory, legal, and internal HR compliance

Requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all labor laws.

Oversee monthly statutory filings.

Stay updated on regulatory changes.

2) Audit C Documentation:

Manage internal and external audits.

Maintain statutory documents.

Prepare compliance reports.

3) Vendor C Third-Party Compliance:

Ensure compliance of staffing agencies and contractors.

Monitor vendor documentation.

4) Policy C Process Governance:

Develop and update HR policies.

Conduct compliance training.

Create SOPs for compliance management.

5) Employee C Legal Support:

Address compliance queries.

Support legal team with labor-related issues.

Handle investigations and documentation.

6) Reporting C MIS:

Prepare compliance reports.

Maintain compliance trackers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

ualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field.

4 7 years of HR compliance experience.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
