We are looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager with 5–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance activities.

Preferred Experience:

Social and customer compliance audits (SMETA, Walmart, Higg FEM/FSLM, Cole Haan, UNIQLO, Brands COC Audits, CTPAT, etc.)

Legal and statutory compliance

Audit documentation, CAP closure, and stakeholder coordination

Employee awareness programs and internal audits

Planning and conducting employee training and development programs

Preferred Industries: Leather, Footwear, Garment, or related manufacturing sectors.
