Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Compliance Manager for an on-site position in Mumbai. This full-time role involves managing regulatory compliance, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, payroll, and overseeing employment law regulations . The role requires auditing HR processes, conducting compliance training programs, and addressing employee relations issues to ensure a legally compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and the ability to oversee HR operations effectively.
  • Strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance and the development and application of HR policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, training programs, and handling employee relations effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or compliance are a plus.
  • Experience within the hospitality industry or a similar sector is advantageous.
