Job Title: HR Business Partner
Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on enabling business performance through effective talent management, employee engagement, performance governance, and HR operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide strategic counsel on talent management, team dynamics, and people-related challenges.
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives and measurable outcomes.
2. Employee Engagement & Experience
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular connect sessions, pulse surveys, and structured feedback mechanisms.
- Proactively identify employee concerns and enable timely resolution.
3. Performance Management
- Lead goal-setting cycles, performance reviews, and appraisal processes end-to-end.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
4. Talent Management & Development
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on, hiring priorities, and onboarding effectiveness.
- Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D to drive relevant capability-building initiatives.
5. HR Operations, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
- Drive confirmation processes, policy rollouts, and employee documentation.
- Monitor key HR metrics and recommend action plans.
- Support and participate in organization-wide audits and governance initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across HR systems.
6. Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive communication planning and stakeholder alignment during change.
- Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or structural shifts.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 57 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
- Experience in IT / Technology / Consulting environment preferred.
