Role Overview
The HR Business Partner Karnataka will drive end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition for VLCC clinics across the region. The role involves 60% recruitment and 40% HRBP responsibilities, ensuring smooth staffing, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinics & regional roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & agencies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define manpower plans and job briefs.
- Drive mass hiring for front-end, technical, and managerial positions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure joining targets are met.
HRBP & Operations (40%)
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries in the region.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HRMS data accuracy & HR letters.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement & retention initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and compliance coordination.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend retention measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
- Experience: 47 years in HR; experience in multi-location, retail, healthcare, or beauty & wellness industry preferred.
- HRMS knowledge is mandatory (SAP/GreytHR/ZingHR/any cloud HR system).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
