Job Description

Role Summary:

The role is responsible for partnering with business functions and departments to establish HR as a strategic enabler by ensuring timely manpower support, effective talent engagement, and efficient workforce management across locations. It focuses on attracting, hiring, and retaining an engaged workforce to support the achievement of HR and organizational objectives.

The position also aims to enhance overall HR effectiveness by planning and implementing relevant HR policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, it involves identifying, innovating, and deploying appropriate regional HR interventions that align with the organization's HR strategy and contribute to improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
  • Forecast future manpower needs and ensure timely resource availability.

Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team by aligning people strategy with business goals.
  • Understand business model, targets, and market dynamics to provide proactive HR solutions.
  • Support organizational design, role structuring, and manpower planning to drive business performance.

Performance & Productivity

  • Drive the performance management process for the location team—goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify top performers and manage performance gaps.
  • Track productivity metrics and contribute to incentive design and recognition programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build a high-performance and engagement-driven culture among the location workforce.
  • Design and implement engagement activities suited for a field-based and target-driven team.
  • Be the employee advocate—ensuring strong communication, feedback mechanisms, and grievance handling.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, compensation, and benefits for the organization.
  • Maintain data accuracy, reports, and compliance with labour and company policies.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM with 4 - 6 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
