Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak for a Human Resources Business Partner. The individual will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, coordinating employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Collaboration with management to align HR strategies with business goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in designing and implementing Performance Management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and align HR strategies with business objectives
- Relevant professional qualifications or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial sector or in a similar role is an advantage
