Must-Have

• MBA/MSW in HR or related field with 5+ years of progressive HRBP/generalist experience in technology, SaaS, or product-driven companies.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, performance management, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Good to Have

• Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
