Ø The HR Business Partner – Field Services acts as a strategic and operational HR partner for field operations and project sites. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR support covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation administration, insurance & Mediclaim support, labor law compliance, cost center planning, and field logistics such as travel, uniform, and PPE management—ensuring compliance, workforce well-being, and uninterrupted project execution.
Ø Managing site HR and project-based HR operations
Ø Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment for site roles
Ø Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Ø Compensation, payroll coordination, cost center planning, and cost control
Ø Ensuring labour law compliance for permanent and contract workforce
Ø Administering group insurance and mediclaim, including claims handling
Ø Coordinating uniforms, PPE, welfare facilities, and safety compliance
Ø Managing travel, accommodation, logistics, and reimbursements
Ø Preparing HR MIS, reports, audits, and statutory documentation
Ø Working with SAP / HRIS and MS Excel for HR data management
