Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) focusing on Field Sales Force. The HRBP will focus on developing and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining strong employee relations with the Sales Team members across the country. Responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals. They will serve as a strategic advisor, address workforce needs, and foster an inclusive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources for Sales Function - Engaging them Virtually across the country
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining positive Employee Relations to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
