Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive key HR initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to support diverse teams while ensuring alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and Malayalam, enabling effective communication and support for employees across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work culture
  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution when required
  • Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
  • Work with managers to identify employee development and growth opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support reporting and documentation

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role
  • Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (Mandatory)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Good to Have / Preferred

  • Experience supporting large or distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical approach
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives independently
