Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team, management, and employees to support positive employee relations, morale, and workplace productivity.
- Assist in managing employee-related data and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Support transparent and effective internal communication within teams and across departments.
- Help track and follow up on employee concerns to ensure timely resolution in line with organizational policies
- Monitor adherence to internal HR policies and assist in maintaining HR systems and record
- Support the HR team in analyzing HR metrics, trends, and employee data.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters and grievance documentation under guidance from senior HR members
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and workflow.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, attrition data, and HR dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, best practices, and current HR trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas, reports) and MS Office tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of database management and HR documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
