Assistant Manager / Manager HR (HRBP + Talent Acquisition + Admin)

Location: Delhi

Role Summary

This role combines HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition responsibilities, along with overseeing employee lifecycle and basic HR administration for the Delhi location. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, manage niche biotech hiring, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and structured exit processes.
  • Provide HR analytics and support succession planning initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for biotech, R&D, and leadership roles.
  • Build talent pipelines and manage campus hiring (Tier-1 Tier-2 & Tier 3 institutes).
  • Ensure strong employer branding and positive candidate experience.

HR Operations & Admin

  • Oversee HR documentation, compliance coordination, and HRMS accuracy.
  • Support payroll inputs and manage local administrative coordination.

Desired Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR.
  • 10+ years of experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition.
  • Exposure to biotech/life sciences or R&D-driven environments preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
