About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, business-aligned HR Business Partner to join a leading, fast-growing organization, supporting its Data & Analytics vertical.

This is not a transactional HR role it's a frontline, high-impact position where you partner with business leaders, influence decisions, and drive people strategy in a fast-evolving, tech-led environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the Data & Analytics function
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle onboarding to performance, engagement to exits
  • Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Own and execute performance management cycles, calibrations, and feedback loops
  • Enable employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and drive a positive workplace environment
  • Use people data & insights to influence decisions and improve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with TA, L&D, and COEs to deliver seamless HR interventions
  • Operate effectively in a matrix / federated structure with multiple stakeholders

The Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution
  • 36 years of HR experience with core HRBP exposure
  • Recent experience supporting Data / Analytics business units
  • Managed a headcount of 200+ employees
  • Minimum 2 years tenure in current organization
  • Experience working in matrix / federated environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
