Senior Executive - Regional HRBP

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the assigned zone.
Partner with Zonal, Regional and Branch Heads on business and people priorities.
Drive manpower planning and partner with TA for timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
Own performance and talent management, including goal setting, reviews, PIPs and talent development.
Drive employee engagement and retention through employee connects, stay interviews and targeted interventions.
Manage employee relations and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, risks and required interventions.
Travel extensively across branches within the assigned zone to build strong business and employee connects and ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives.
