Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with retail business teams – Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections – across Karnataka branches to deliver end-to-end recruitment and Business HR support across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for retail teams across Karnataka – manpower planning, sourcing, screening, offer closure and onboarding – within agreed TAT and sourcing-mix targets.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding and induction to performance cycles, retention and exit.
• Drive employee engagement: regular one-on-ones, branch visits and organize engagement activities.
• Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on HR policies, performance management, training needs and people decisions.
• Ensure accurate HR records, BGV completion and compliance with audits and HR processes.
• Track HR metrics and trends, and contribute to central HR projects.

Minimum Criteria

• Hands-on experience in sales recruitment for retail/BFSI teams.
• Experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Strong business stakeholder management.
• Exposure to the full employee lifecycle – recruitment to exit.
• MBA/PGDM in HR prefered
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
