Human Resources Business Partner

• Understand employees needs and concerns and take steps to improve employee engagement.
• Work with employees to understand their health-related concerns and support them when needed.
• Interact with employees family members, when required, to understand and address family-related challenges.
• Conduct psychometric tests to understand employee satisfaction, job involvement in work, and organization commitment. Take suitable action based on the results.
• Cascade & Explain company policies to employees and resolve their Queries, Complaints, and Requests (QCR).
• Ensure proper implementation of the ESIC scheme and help employees get ESIC benefits, especially during emergencies.
• Work with employees & operations team to understand the people-related reasons
• Identify employees training needs and ensure the required training is provided in coordination with the Operations & Training Team
• Share Excellence scores with employees and identify the people-related reasons behind poor performance. Review 10% of employees every month.
• Conduct home visits to understand employees family and personal challenges. Take suitable action to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Act as a positive representative of the company.
• Act as HR SPOC for Operation for the assigned people / department

Key Skills Required :

• Masters in Psychology / Social Work is Preferred
• Knowledge of MS - Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
