The Engineering HRBP team works closely with engineering leaders to build a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce. Operating at the intersection of people and business, the team supports product lines across onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.
Our work is both strategic and hands-on — from monitoring team sentiment to delivering targeted initiatives that address specific needs. We collaborate closely with cross-functional HR teams to ensure company-wide policies and programmes are effectively tailored to each product line.
Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and develop HR agendas aligned with the overall business strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, including performance, career development, team effectiveness, and employee relations
- Manage and execute day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Work with the wider HR team to ensure HR policies, processes, and programmes are consistently implemented and adapted to the needs of assigned teams
- Monitor team morale through feedback channels and direct engagement; identify potential issues early and propose proactive, actionable solutions
- Analyse people data and team health metrics to generate insights that support decision-making
- Champion and uphold company culture and values across all areas of work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to HR business partnering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels
- Good problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, proactive mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
