Job Description:

We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join a fast-paced VFX studio, partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, support production goals, and build a high-performing, engaged workforce.

In this role, you'll work closely with Department Heads and Production teams to align workforce planning with project needs, act as a trusted advisor on performance and engagement, and support organisational effectiveness.

You'll manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while leading employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. You'll also ensure HR operations run smoothly, maintain compliance, and use data insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or creative environments
• MBA / PGDM / relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP)
• Exposure to global teams is a plus
