Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Mundra. The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and line managers to align HR strategies with operational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance management, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves supporting recruitment and onboarding, facilitating training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership on engagement and retention activities. In addition, the HR Business Partner will help ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, maintain accurate HR documentation and data, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to interpret and implement company guidelines in a fair and consistent manner.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to support compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and supporting development plans.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with HR metrics and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale operational settings is preferred.
