Job Description

Job Title: – HR Business Partner

  • Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA)Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to define, develop, and implement HR strategies that drive business growth. Align business objectives with employees and management, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Leading and participating in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations, ensuring a positive work culture.
  • Advisory & Coaching: Serve as a internal consultant to management /stakeholders regarding people issues, organizational structure, and performance.
  • Performance Review Management: Drive performance management cycles and support compensation planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Building Organisation Culture: Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering employee engagement and enhancing the employee experience. Driving the Reward & Recognition Programs and floor fun activities. Driving ESAT, Employee Pulse surveys and sharing analytics and insights with the stakeholders.
  • Employee Communication: Managing employees sessions including HR Focus Groups, 1-0-1, Skips, Leadership Connect, Town Hall and sharing insights om employee inputs /observations with the stakeholders
  • Learning & Development: Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Data Analytics & Reports: Analysing HR data and metrics to generate insights, reports, dashboards, predictive workforce insights, providing data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Change Management: Acting as a change agent, driving organizational change, and effectively managing change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance
  • Compliance and HR Policy Implementation: ensure adherence to labour laws and company HR policies, mitigating risks and fostering fair practices.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 12 years + proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
  • Preferably from IT /ITes /Consulting companies
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, and consultative coaching skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, HRone, ZOHO, Keka HR)
  • MBA in Human Resource Management from Tier1 /2 institutes
  • Night Shift (EST) permanent with no shift rotation
