About the role:

As a seasoned HR Business Partner / People Experience Partner, you will work closely with corporate leadership to drive strategic People & Culture initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and support the organization's growth trajectory. You will be expected to develop strong business acumen, influence leadership decisions, and lead People & Culture programs that align with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the business leadership to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Champion a culture of recognition, performance, and continuous feedback. Drive initiatives that reinforce a rewarding and inclusive workplace
  • Lead talent reviews and partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent
  • Act as a coach to business leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and navigate complex people challenges
  • Design and implement people-centric programs that support the organization's rapid growth, including onboarding, career development, and employee engagement
  • Participate in rolling out new People & Culture policies and ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring aligned with business forecasts. Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide actionable insights through People & Culture dashboards and deep-dive attrition analysis, highlighting trends from exit interviews and pulse surveys
  • Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive change and align stakeholders across levels.

What You'll Need:

  • A Post graduate in Human Resources with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a People Partnering / HR Business Partnering role
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment across a variety of positions and levels with astuteness and sensitivity
  • Ability to demonstrate a high sense of ownership and flexibility with experience in navigating complex business situations
  • A self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulous in your approach, as well as display team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
