Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive business performance, talent outcomes, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with global stakeholders to enable workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into HR agenda
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy
- Provide data-driven insights on talent trends, attrition, and productivity
2. Talent Management & Leadership Hiring
- Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for critical and leadership hiring
- Drive performance management frameworks and capability building
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive DE&I programs aligned with global standards
4. Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives
- Support organizational restructuring and efficiency programs
- Drive adoption of HR digital tools and analytics
5. HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
- Partner with CoEs (Compensation, Talent, L&D) for execution excellence
- Monitor HR KPIs: attrition, TTF, engagement, productivity metrics
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior leadership
- Expertise in talent strategy, org design, and workforce planning
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics tools
- Excellent stakeholder management in matrix/global environments
- Strong communication and executive presence
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 815+ years of HRBP experience in a Global Tech / Product / Digital organization
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Exposure to high-growth / transformation environments preferred
