Role overview:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with 5 to 7 years of experience in a BPS or BPO setup.
The primary responsibilities include driving employee engagement, retention, development, and succession planning for an employee base of approximately 500 to 1000 individuals.
Technical Skills:
- Understands levers for employee engagement and retention
- Experience in handling the millennial workforce in the BPO sector
- Experienced in deploying innovative strategies and creative solutions to solve business problems
- Understands industry changes and their impact on workforce/business
- Has a good grasp of labour laws and can effectively address concerns keeping both employee and organization interest in mind
Process Skills:
- Good grasp of various HR processes and their impact on employee experience and retention
Behavioral Skills:
- Demonstrates High Touch and High - Trust
- Very high on energy and with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and result oriented
- Can think out of box
- Quick to establish relationships and build rapport and trust with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to challenge status quo
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage time effectively on ensure deliverables are met
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource
- You should be comfortable working from the office.
- The nature of work requires connect with employees in different shifts hence flexibility is important . You should be comfortable working in shifts starting from 1 pm. At times your work would require you to extend beyond 11 pm.
