Job Description

HR Business Partner (Third party contract):

Candidate Profile:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience as a HR Business Partner – preferable in a MNC set up.
  • This role partners with managers and employees to drive engagement, support HR
  • This role would act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Employment type : Third party contract (This is a 7-month contract role)

Work Location : Black Duck, Prestige Blue Chip Park, Opp to Christ University, Bangalore

Work mode : Hybrid (At-least 3 days WFO)

Key Responsibilities

  • The HR Business Partner supports the APAC HRBP team in delivering people strategies that align with business goals.
  • This role partners with managers and employees to drive engagement, support HR processes, support performance management areas, and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • This role would act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.
  • Support resolution of employee relations issues by gathering information, preparing documentation, and coordinating with the larger HR team
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Ensure goal-setting, checkins, and evaluations are completed on time.
  • Support performance concerns by coaching managers to manage Performance Improvement plans as needed
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support audits, documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports (attrition, headcount, trends, etc.) for business reviews.
  • Help get the pulse on the floor through regular interactions
