Human Resources Business Partner

We are hiring a Senior People Partner / Lead HRP based in Pune to drive talent strategy, capability compounding, and org architecture across our Tech, Product, Design, and Corporate teams.

What You'll Solve For:

• High Talent Density: Partner with Product & Engineering leads to build teams focused on output, not headcount.
• Org Architecture: Optimize team structures, spans of control, and execution velocity.
• Compounding Performance: Move beyond annual appraisals—build systems that spot high-potentials early and reward true meritocracy.
• Strategic TA Alignment: Leverage your TA roots to sharpen hiring bars and solve critical talent gaps before they become bottlenecks.
• Low-Friction Culture: Eliminate bureaucratic HR. Build an environment of high trust, direct feedback, and tight alignment.

What We Look For:

• 10+ years of progressive HRBP/TA experience in high-growth Tech, FinTech, or Financial Services ecosystems.
• High commercial acumen—you understand how talent decisions hit the P&L.
• Data-backed mindset with zero tolerance for recruiter/HR fluff.
• Direct posture with the confidence to challenge business leaders constructively.
