Human Resources Business Partner

Position: Talent Acquisition & HRBP

Role Overview: Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for all business units and acting as a strategic HR partner. The role involves talent sourcing, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives.

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll out and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and create hiring strategies.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and maintain candidate experience standards.
• Support HRBP activities: performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/master's degree in HR or related field. MBA in HR preferred.

Experience: 3-6 years in talent acquisition and HRBP roles within financial services or similar industries.
