Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate – Human Resources to support HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and efficient workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding and exit processes including documentation, employee records, and exit interviews
- Maintain employee data and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, guidelines, and internal communications
Statutory Compliance & Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of statutory compliances including PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor law requirements
- Support payroll activities including attendance inputs, salary processing coordination, and benefits administration
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and internal HR policies
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with HR outsourcing partners for payroll, compliance, recruitment, and benefits management
- Act as point of contact for external partners including insurance providers and compliance vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence
Employee Engagement & Workplace Experience
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling processes
- Assist in organizing internal events and workplace initiatives
Administration & Office Operations
- Coordinate office operations including travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and internal communications
- Manage office supplies, facility coordination, and vendor interactions
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and operational processes
Event & Program Support
- Support planning and coordination of Workplace Awards including logistics, vendor coordination, data compilation, and internal communication
- Assist in organizing internal and external company events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or administration
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance including PF, PT, ESIC, and labor laws
- Familiarity with payroll coordination processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with HR outsourcing partners
- Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
